In case of exchange and return
According to the exchange and return policy of the executive regulations of Law No. 2014/39 and its amendments concerning consumer protection:
The customer has the right to exchange or return the product and get a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
The goods must be in the same condition as they were when purchased, suitable for resale, and placed in their original packaging with all accessories.
Items that come into contact with the skin (such as swimwear and underwear), perfumes, watches, sunglasses, evening wear, and wedding dresses cannot be returned or exchanged. The exchange and return period for these items is one day (24 hours), provided that the return option is proven on the purchase invoice, and for your safety.
